Whether its your first hot yoga class, or whether its just been a while since your last practice, here is a little list of top tips to ensure you have a great class!
- Turn up in good time so you aren't rushing.
- Drink 1.5 litres of water 2 hours before class.
- Don't eat much in the 2 hours before class.
- Sit down whenever you feel like it and keep breathing through your nose.
- Please tell me before class if you have any injuries. Do not push through pain.
- Wear close fitting lightweight sports clothing.
