Happy New Year and welcome to the new 2018 schedule packed with additional classes and new venues. I am particularly excited to launch the first ever hot yoga in Northampton town.

The venue is a fabulous dance studio in Kingsthorpe College and as a special 1 off I am offering a FREE taster class tomorrow Tuesday 9th Jan.  Book online for this class.
