This month’s yogi is Richard Lainchbury, 50, attending Rugby Club classes.
Richard says, “Hot yoga has improved my overall physical fitness and levels of concentration. My stamina in other sports such as rugby and cycling has increased out of sight and my recovery time has decreased immeasurably. My joints feel much more open and I have a greater feeling of flexibility in normal, everyday movement.” Richard is a pleasure to teach and I’m really impressed with his commitment and progress.
