I am so excited to be including the NEW Hot HIIT Pilates classes. I am a newly qualified teacher, just completed the course in Majorca earlier this summer and so far the feedback has been great. It's a fun workout done to a highly motivational soundtrack (having lots of fun putting these together!) and gets results fast! Don't be put off by the name Inferno! - its done in the same optimal heat as the yoga classes and open to all abilities.
