Its a 6 week block! And term starts today but remember you can book onto my classes at any time and just pay for the remainder of the course.
I will be running a reduced schedule over the summer so make the most of this last term. Several students are now doing a back to back set of classes. On Monday nights you can do warm up with Yoga and then attack a HIIT class or start with HITT and chill down with the Yoga!
